At the Annual Meeting on May 16, 2023, the Oshawa Historical Society Membership voted to appoint Deloitte as auditors for 2023. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Deloitte will be unable to serve as our auditors.
A special meeting of the membership is required to appoint a new auditor for the 2023 year. The special meeting will take place on Tuesday, January 16 at 6pm before our Local History Speaker Series. It will take place at the McLaughlin Branch of the Oshawa Public Libraries (65 Bagot Street, Oshawa).
The proposed motion: To appoint Jeffrey D. Milgram Professional Corporation as auditors for 2023.
