Club Carib of Oshawa Inc. was founded in January 1966, providing a social medium through which Oshawa’s Caribbean population could meet and share common interest and develop a harmonious relationship. For 57 years, the club has thrived and offered experiences, such as the Sounds of Steel and Caribbean dancing, for the community to enjoy. Join members of Club Carib as they share the first 50 years of their history.
The Local History Speaker Series is taking place Tuesday, February 21 at 6PM. The Speaker Series will be held at the McLaughlin Branch of the Oshawa Public Libraries, in the lower level auditorium, located at 65 Bagot Street, Oshawa.
The Local History Speaker Series is an event presented in partnership between the Oshawa Historical Society and the Oshawa Public Libraries.
Please note: The location and time of the Speaker Series is new for 2023. The location is the McLaughlin Branch of the Oshawa Public Libraries, starting at 6pm.
