Thank you all for a successful start to our Local History Speaker Series for 2026! From June to August, there is no planned Speaker Series; we will resume the programming on September 15, welcoming Sonya Jones, Curator of Collections for the Robert McLaughlin Gallery for a talk entitled “The Robert McLaughlin Gallery: Bringing the Art Collection to Life.”

September & October’s Local History Speaker Series will take place at the John Aker Northview Branch (250 Beatrice St. E.). November will take place at the McLaughlin Branch (65 Debwewin Miikan).
