Speaker Series Review – The Ontario Regiment and WWI

Once again, thank you to all of our supportive OHS Members and members of the community for attending March’s Speaker Series.  In honour of the 100th anniversary of the start of World War I, we had the Ontario Regiment Museum present on Oshawa’s own Ontario Regiment and their involvement in World War I.  Rod Henderson led the overall presentation, museum volunteers showed off the uniforms and challenges they may have presented, and other ORM members were on hand to help answer any questions about the Regiment or about the Museum.

More information on the Ontario Regiment Museum can be found on their website: http://www.ontrmuseum.ca/
