Father, minister, community builder. Thomas Henry was an early settler in Oshawa; his house still stands as part of the Oshawa Museum, and his memoir was written shortly after his death in 1879. For our January Speaker Series, Laura Suchan, Oshawa Museum, and Stoney Kudel, Oshawa Historical Society, will share stories from Thomas Henry’s life and talk about the OM’s latest publication, The Annotated Memoir of Rev. Thomas Henry.
The Oshawa Historical Society’s January Speaker Series is taking place Tuesday, January 16 at 7PM. The Speaker Series will be held at the Arts Resource Centre, located at 45 Queen Street, Oshawa.
